The reason behind is that she gets enough sleep to be energetic for the next day. Yes, it is true and science proves it. Priyanka sleeps for 8 to 10 hours minimum whenever she sleeps. Did you know that a good sleeper ages slower than who do not sleep for minimum 8 hours? 

This is the key reason behind Priyanka Chopra’s Flaw less body and skin. Although Priyanka has a busy routine because he always has some where to go, somewhere to be, something to do. She is a hard to keep up with type woman.

She sticks to her diet plan no matter what happens, she really knows how to balance her diet. Let me put it this way that a day when she gets time to exercise she eats a meal accordingly and when she does not get time to exercise she goes with a much lighter diet. 

Priyanka love chocolates and yes, she does sometime take high calorie diet, but than she exercises and adjust her next few days diet. Did you know that Priyanka Chopra do not stay empty stomach?

She eats nuts and drinks coconut water every two hours and this practice helps her to keep her metabolism fast. She is fond of green vegetables and eats fruits to keep up with her vitamin intake. 

Her daily diet consists of

2 eggs or oatmeal with a glass of skimmed milk at breakfast.
2 Chapattis with daal or veggies with salad at lunch.
Turkey sandwich or sprout salad in evening snacks.
Soup with grilled chicken or fish at dinner.

1. She uses treadmill for 15 minutes.
2. She than performs pushups and reverse lunges.
3. She performs 25 bench jumps and 25 reverse crunches.
4. Priyanka takes a 30 second rest followed by 1-minute plank and then 25 bicep curls.
5. She then performs high intensity cardio.
6. Light weight gym training to maintain her figure.
7. Priyanka religiously performs yoga.
